Where to start with Pilates?

Did you know there are Pre-Pilates exercises that prepare you for doing Pilates?

Yep!

There are several Pre-Pilates exercises that prepare the body and muscles for doing Pilates. If you're new to Pilates or it's been a while since you've done Pilates even Pre & Post-Natal the Pre-Pilates exercises are great to add into your practice.

As you may or may not know, Pilates works on the deeper muscles that stabilize and support your posture. Pre-Pilates exercises were developed to help you find and connect to those deeper muscles.

Examples of some of those exercises are:

  • Pelvic Tilts

  • Pelvic Clock

  • Heel Slides

  • Marching

  • Toe Taps

  • Oblique Rolls

  • Sternum Drops

  • Tail Wag

  • Opposite Arm & Leg Reach

To name a few!

Get my guide to these Pre-Pilates exercises and add to your workout as a warm up or to connect to deeper muscles before beginning your Pilates.

These exercises are the start to an amazing Pilates practice.

Do better! Do Pilates!
