Hi, Kellie. I’m the owner of Sync Mind Body in Downtown Bloomington. I help perimenopausal women rebuild steadiness, release tension, and find calm through Private Pilates and Reiki. My approach is simple: meet your body where it is, focus on what you can feel today, and create results that last beyond the hour. Sessions are by appointment, paced to your energy, and personalized so progress feels doable and sustainable. When you’re ready, we’ll turn small shifts into big wins you can feel at your desk, on your walks, and in your sleep.
