What's your morning routine? Do you have one?

Do you think a morning routine is important?

Hell Yes! Well for me anyway, hah

I've always had some semblance of a morning routine but as I've gotten older I've realized how important it is for me to have a morning routine. It helps me set myself for my day and keeps me from losing my mind if the day doesn't go as planned.

My morning routine starts around 6am, depending on the day.

  • Wake

  • Open the blinds

  • Stretch

  • Light some incense and clear the space with Sage or Palo Santo

  • Meditate

  • Coffee

  • Cards

  • Oatmeal

My morning routine takes less than an hour and I do this everyday, even on the weekend.

It's important to me as these steps help me focus and get ready for my day. I also write this all down on my schedule so I ensure I don't miss the opportunity to set my day off on the right foot.
